Warranty Terms and Conditions
Thank you very much for your love for the MoonRock product series. Below is the warranty information for the backpack:
MoonRock backpacks are the perfect combination of craftsmanship and superior materials. The one-year free repair period does not cover improper care and unreasonable usage, including washing in a washing machine, carrying excessive weight, dragging, cutting with sharp objects, cleaning the backpack with improper solvents, and any damage caused by improper use such as mold, fading, abrasion, tearing of the fabric, as well as wear and tear or other damages to the back pad, zippers, and shoulder straps, which will void the warranty. In cases where damage caused by improper use can be repaired, a repair fee will be charged, and service will be provided after you have made the necessary payment.
Warranty Registration Procedure:
Please visit the Warranty Registration section on the MoonRock Canada official website and fill in your customer information. Enter the warranty number from your purchase receipt into the form. If you do not register for warranty online, you can present this receipt when applying for repairs. If you do not retain a physical or relevant document that can prove the purchase date, it will be considered as an expired warranty.
*Any alterations made to this document will be considered invalid. *Lost receipts will not be reissued. *Purchase receipts without the official company seal will be considered invalid.
Backpack Repair Process:
Before sending your backpack for repair, please take photos of the damaged parts and send them to us via email or through our official social media channels. We will assess the repair requirements, including the cost and time involved. If you are unsure whether the product issue falls within the warranty coverage, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will provide clarification.
*If the product qualifies for warranty within one year, the shipping costs for sending the backpack to the MoonRock repair center and back will be borne by the buyer (within Canada). For international customers, please contact the MoonRock distributor in your respective country for repair evaluation.
