Shipping & Delivery

  1. To which countries do you offer shipping for your product?

    We offer shipping to North America Region.

  2. How long will my order take to process?

    All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.
    Please note that orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or
    holidays.

  3. How do I track an order?

    You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your
    order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The
    tracking number(s) will become active within 24 hours.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

 

  1. Can I return for a refund or exchange?

    Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of
    receiving the delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original
    packaging. Exchanges can be made for either another product or store credit.
    Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable.

  2. How can I return my order?

    Please email us with your name, order number, and the
    reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with details on how to
    proceed with returning your item.

  3. Will my delivery charges be refunded on return?

    The original delivery charges will not be included in your refund.

  4. What happens if my return is lost or damaged?

    Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any
    lost or damaged returns. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for
    products that are returned in a damaged condition or without the original
    packaging. Refunds will be issued only after we have received the product in
    good condition.

    In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is
    incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or defective, please take a photo for
    record-keeping purposes. Rest assured that in such cases, refunds will be
    issued to resolve the issue.

  5. Can I return or exchange items I purchased in the Sale?

    Sale items are considered final sale. We
    are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges for these items.

  6. When can I expect to receive the refund?

    Rest assured that refunds will be processed promptly after we have received the product in good condition.
